Toronto Cocktail

2 oz rye

¼ oz Fernet-Branca

¼ oz simple syrup

2 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

Flamed orange peel

Glassware

Coupe glass

Instructions

Stir with ice. Squeeze the oils out of the peel through a flame above the glass. Finish by dropping the peel on top of the cocktail.
