1 oz rye

½ oz banana liqueur

½ tsp demerara gum syrup

1 dash aromatic bitters

1 rinse absinthe

Instructions

Rinse glass with absinthe. Stir over ice and strain into glass. Express lemon twist over the drink and discard.
