1½ oz lime juice

1½ oz orange juice

1½ oz SC Passion Fruit Syrup

3 oz seltzer

1 oz blended aged rum (3)

1 oz black blended rum (5)

Garnish

Mint sprig\ Sidewinder's Fang peel

Large brandy snifter

Instructions

Line with peel. Fill with cracked or cubed ice to hold in place. Flash blend ingredients with 12oz crushed ice.
