¼ oz absinthe

1 oz cognac

1 oz rye

¼ oz St-Germain

1 dash rich simple syrup

1 dash Boker's bitters

2 oz Champagne

Garnish

Lemon twist or cherry

Instructions

Rinse glass with absinthe. Stir ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Top with Champagne.
