2 oz sparkling wine

1½ oz pineapple juice

½ oz lime juice

½ oz SC Passion Fruit Syrup

½ oz apricot liqueur

1 oz London dry gin

1 oz blended lightly aged rum (2)

Instructions

Pour wine into snifter. Flash blend remaining ingredients with 12oz ice.
