1 oz pot still lightly aged (overproof) rum (1)

1 oz sweet vermouth

½ oz Campari

Glassware

Rocks glass

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into glass over cube of ice.

Notes

Campari is to Tom's taste. Add more as needed. \ \ Cocchi vermouth do torino is less bitter than Carpano Antics. \ \ Elemakule bitters are a fantastic addition.
