1½ oz Dolin blanc vermouth

¼ oz Fusion Napa Valley verjus blanc

¼ oz Suze

¼ oz St-Germain

2 dash Miracle Mile celery bitters

1 celery ribbon

Instructions

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Twist the celery ribbon into a spiral and balance it on the rim of the glass.
