¾ oz black blended overproof rum (6)

2 oz lime juice

1 tsp lemon juice

1½ oz SC Passion Fruit Syrup

¼ oz SC Demerara Syrup

¼ oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur

1½ oz blended aged rum (3)

Glassware

Double old fashioned glass and shot glass

Instructions

Poor overproof rum into shot glass and set aside.\ \ Add ingredients, 12oz crushed ice, flash blend. Encourage guests to pour as much or as little of the overproof rum as they would like.
