jalapeno-infused blanco tequila
¾ oz
lime juice
1 oz
simple syrup
¾ oz
pomegranate molasses

Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass. \ \ To make infused tequila, combine ribs and seeds from 4 jalapenos and chopped flesh from one with a bottle of tequila. Remove after 20 minutes, or whenever it reaches desired heat.
