1½ oz cream of coconut

1 oz apricot liqueur

1 oz black blended rum (5)

1 oz blended lightly aged rum (2)

Lemon wedge speared with cocktail umbrella turned inside out (as if the wind has gently blown it open)

Instructions

Flash blend with 12oz of crushed ice.

Notes

For a tasty twist, substitute 2oz of London dry gin for the rums.
