2 oz rye

1 oz sweet vermouth

½ oz Ramazzotti Amaro

1 dash Angostura bitters

Garnish

Instructions

Stir and strain into rocks glass.

Notes

Canon foam: 1 sheet bloomed gelatin, 3oz hot water, 6oz Combier triple sec, 3oz lemon juice, 3 large egg whites. Place gelatin and hot water in canister until melted. Stir in other ingredients. Charge with 2 N2O chargers.
